We have unlimited free access to this until 1st July. Please go to the website and create an account (use your school google email account) and you will have free access to all of the apps (HIIT, Yoga and 7 minute workouts). The apps are great and easy to use.

A HIIT workout regimen consisting of incredibly short, effective workouts you can do in just 12 minutes a day with minimal equipment.

Here are some ways we are keeping co-curricular music going from home for members of the School community:
- Learning a new or forgotten instrument - Students are teaching teachers instruments over Zoom and/or by releasing tutorial videos. Michael Bond is re-learning the piano under the tutelage of some of our young piano scholars.
- Online Chamber Concert - We are planning a weekly online chamber concert - and if any staff would like to submit video entries they are more than welcome!
- Mario Cart Lick Competiton Big Band - Students are submitting entries to play the infamous Mario Cart Jazz lick on Twitter. If you have some instrumental ability you may want to give this a go!
