Non-Teaching Vacancies

The School has over 150 non-teaching staff in a variety of positions that help to keep the School running. These include Porters, Secretaries, Accountants, Maintenance Staff, Communication Officers, IT, Science & Art Technicians, Nurses, Gardeners, Painters, HR Advisers, to name a few. They are a key part of the School and integrate with teaching staff at all levels, both professionally and socially.

Director of Wellbeing

Brentwood School is a leading HMC co-educational independent school in Essex, just 20 minutes from London Liverpool Street.  The Director of Wellbeing is a new position and reflects Brentwood School’s aspiration to deliver the best possible provision for pupil and staff emotional health and wellbeing.

The successful candidate will lead the school’s Wellbeing Strategy and have the vision, energy and creativity to develop successfully this exciting whole school role. He/she will have experience at Middle Leadership level either in pastoral care or an academic department and be seeking to take on greater responsibility in a thriving independent day/boarding school community.
