The School has over 150 non-teaching staff in a variety of positions that help to keep the School running. Estates Building Surveyor

Very rare and exciting opportunity to join our estates management team and help to deliver construction and refurbishment projects, and building surveying.

Our estate is steeped in history and comprises many listed buildings and a conservation area as well as more modern buildings across a 72 acre site.

The Role

  • Building Surveying
  • Project Management of small to medium works projects  as well as site inspections of larger works projects
  • Building pathology, diagnosis and repairs
  • Planning and Building Regulations applications for small to medium works
  • Support to and deputise for Estates Bursar with exposure to wider estates and facilities management within the role.
  • APC support provided if required
