School Karting Champ off to Silverstone for VIP Formula 1 Tour

Huge congratulations to First Year pupil, Adam Harding, who has become the Brentwood Karting Senior Champion Autumn 2016 winning a VIP Tour of Silverstone.

After finishing 1st in the league this season, and winning the Cadet Championship back in the summer, 11-year-old Adam continued his victorious streak to be crowned the autumn Senior Champion – a first for Brentwood!

His excellent achievement secured him a trophy and certificate, as well as the exciting invitation to Silverstone for a VIP tour with Sahara Force India (Formula 1 team).

Proud mum, Mrs Jo-Anne Harding, said: “We are very proud of Adam and hope that he will follow in the footsteps of his fellow racer and Brentwood student, Matt Luff.” Fifth Year Matt holds the Sodi World Championship among his string of karting accolades.

Headmaster Ian Davies congratulated Adam on his success. “I will be watching his progress with great interest,” he added.
