Sixth Form Students Attend RES Lecture

On Tuesday, 29th November, Sixth Form Economists attended the Royal Economics Society Annual Public Lecture held at the prestigious Royal Institution, Mayfair.

The lecture, entitled 'In Search of the Perfect Match - The Economics of Picking Our Partners and Jobs' and delivered by Professor Philipp Kircher, explored what economics can tell us about marriage and the labour market.

It served as an excellent enrichment experience for our students, with Will Hibberd taking the opportunity to ask Professor Kircher his thoughts regarding the importance of geographical and occupational immobility in labour markets.
