Term time

Physi-cool
A weekly club in which children (aged 5 - 7) are encouraged to participate in non-competitive fitness activities to develop their ball skills, balance and agility.
The children use lots of exciting pieces of floor equipment including Space Hoppers and the Parachute. Prizes will be given for regular attendance. 

Non-Members £25.50 for a 6 week course.

Brentwood 8-11s
A weekly club in which children are encouraged to participate in non-competitive sporting games to develop their ball skills, balance and agility, also giving them basic knowledge on the rules of some familiar games.
Awards will be given for regular attendance. 

Non-Members £25.50 for a 6 week course.

12-15 Year Old Circuits
A similar class to adult circuits but designed specifically for teenagers.
Booked as term courses only. 

Non-Members £25.50 for a 6 week course.

14-15 Year Old Gym Session
This is a session dedicated for teens with a specialised fitness instructor on hand to offer advice and guidance.
You do not need to book for this session.
This session takes place weekly on Saturday 4.00pm - 6.00pm and Sunday 3.00pm - 5.00pm

To take part in this session you must hold either Gold or Dryside membership.
