The Aerobics Studio has mirrors, air conditioning and a fully sprung wooden floor. The following classes are available:
Abs Blast
15 minute intensive blast on the abdominals
Boxercise
The ultimate class to improve your fitness and upper-body definition. Using pads and gloves, learning skill-controlled punches.
Cardio Tone
A medium to high-intensity workout with a conditioning section for the whole body.
Circuit Training
Combination-training that works the whole body. This class is designed so you can work to your own fitness level. It improves strength and endurance as well as tones the entire body.
12-15 years Circuits
A similar class designed specifically for teenagers. Booked as term courses only, please see reception for more information.
Circuit Training (Fitness Suite)
Suitable for all fitness levels. Uses the Aerobic and Fixed Weight equipment. Ideal if you need to be pushed harder or just fancy a change!
Co Balance
A class incorporating yoga postures aiming to improve flexibility through focusing on your core stability.
New Body
A choreographed dance workout with a toning section at the end.
Water Aerobics
An invigorating workout in the pool that conditions your body without putting excess pressure on muscles and joints. Try the Deep Water class for a more challenging workout!
Yoga Inspired Fitness
Yoga-based moves whilst incorporating strength and co-ordination, focussing on core stability.
Ultimate Sunday Workout
A fun class tailor-made to meet your every need. For example, Step, Aerobics, Body Conditioning and much more!
