The EAL (English as an Additional Language) Department provides an academic learning environment in which non-native speakers of English are able to develop their skills in the four key areas of the language - reading, writing, speaking and listening.

The department ensures that international pupils who do not have a satisfactory level of English are given dedicated lessons each week, which improve all their English skills via a variety of teaching methods and resources.
