These allow pupils a taste of different subjects and prepare them for the full extra-curricular programme that they will experience when they move onto the Preparatory School. The current list includes:

Cello - Year One and Year Two
Dance - Reception, Year One and Year Two
Football - Year Two
Piano - Year Two
Short Tennis - Year One
Spanish - Year One and Year Two
Speech and Drama - Year Two
Tennis coaching - individuals by arrangement
Violin - Reception, Year One and Year Two.

The Pre-Preparatory School has recently visited the local library and supermarket, Saint Thomas's Church and the Essex Wildlife Trust.
