The girls' accommodation is centred on a large Victorian house that has been completely modernised whilst retaining its character. Modern extensions to the main house contain single and double study bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and washbasins. The original building houses a large common room, fully fitted modern kitchen and a purpose-built computer suite.
Mr and Mrs Morgan are Housemaster and Housemistress of the girls' boarding house that they have run for the past eight years. Their two daughters were both educated at Brentwood School and are now both at university. Mr Morgan has taught Mathematics at Brentwood School for 27 years having come to teaching from a previous career in Civil Engineering. Prior to running the boarding house he had been a day housemaster for 11 years and spent 12 years as Officer commanding the School's CCF RAF section, as well as being a Sixth Form tutor. Besides being a full time mother, Mrs Morgan has previously worked in the Finance Industry and as a teacher in Nursery education. She also has a professional qualification in Boarding Care and Education. Her connections with Brentwood School span four decades. Mr and Mrs Morgan's aim is to ensure boarders are happy and encouraged to play a full part in all the school has to offer.
