Favourite Exercise
My favourite way to keep fit is to play volleyball but I also enjoy badminton and swimming. The new Life Fitness equipment in the fitness suite is also excellent, they have computerised screens in which you can monitor your progress, create training programmes and watch TV.
Favourite Health Food
Fruit, I really like bananas, strawberries and grapes.

Top Tip
To make exercise fun and stay motivated when working out, I find it helps if you go to the gym with a friend or play interactive sports such as Squash. The Sports Centre also offers a great 'Recruit a Friend' scheme.
What would you most recommend at Brentwood School Sports Centre?
The swimming pool at the Sports Centre really is a wonderful facility. There are sessions to suit all abilities, from fun swimming to serious fitness training. The function rooms are also excellent to hold parties or meetings in.
