Brand New Fitness Suite

The new equipment includes; 23 pieces of new fitness equipment from Life Fitness; 4 treadmills, 3 cycles, 2 crosstrainers and 2 summit trainers. All equipment has integrated TV screens with touchscreen technology. This allows the user to set their own specialised training routines, chart their progress on computerised courses or to tune into one of the many TV or radio stations on offer whilst they exercise. This is supplemented by an entirely new range of advanced resistance equipment, resulting in a total investment of nearly £70,000.
