The match between two of the favourites, Brentwood and Millfield, always looked likely to be the tie of the round. Millfield created several good chances in the first half but had to be satisfied with just Ollie Smith's well worked goal. Brentwood tightened up in the second half and turned the game round in the final 20 minutes. First Austin Lipman hammered home a 20 yard shot, then it was Lipman again with an excellent cross from the left which was finished off at the far post by Louie Grainger. 3 minutes from time Elliott Lee was brought down outside the area and he got up to take the kick himself, curling it round the wall to make the final score 3-1. Brentwood have now been drawn to play at home in the semi-final vs Hampton School, in late January.
