Brentwood School 3^rd year A and B netball teams played New Hall away yesterday.  Travelling with just 14 players to the fixture, the B team match ran smoothly, with an eventual victory of 15 goals to 8. 

The A team match, however, was more problematic as within the first 3 minutes of the game Jasmine Brown Rase, Goal Shooter, had to be withdrawn due to an injury. This left Brentwood School to play the remainder of the match with just 6 players. Megan Connelly, Wing Defence from the B team was moved to Goal Shooter. Even without a Wing Defence Brentwood School played astonishingly.

Particular praise goes to Megan, who kept the Goal Keeper from New Hall very busy and fed Goal Attack, Ashlyn Thomas brilliantly.  Accurate shooting from Ashlyn and a true team performance by the other 5 girls led to an eventual 22 goals to 3 victory.
