Students in South House organised and managed a charity Cake Sale to raise money for The Goedgedacht Trust.

The pupils chose this particular charity themselves as they visited The Goedgedacht Trust, which is a local charity in South Africa whilst they were on a school Cricket Trip there. The Goedgedacht Trust specialises in helping local projects and rural needs such as; providing education for African children, providing food for orphans and building safe housing for local people

Throughout this week students are raising monies through two cake sales in break times for other pupils, a 3-legged race, as well as, sponsorship from friends, family and teachers to wear beach costumes to school.

The South House target is £1000 and this will make a huge difference to The Goedgedacht Trust.
