Ordering Uniform

Existing pupils only

To ensure adequate ordering time for new stock items, the School Shop will require all existing pupils to complete an order form for any uniform required for the start of the Michaelmas Term in September 2010.

This applies to pupils going into:
Years 8, 9, 10 and 11 in the Senior School

Orders placed prior to half-term can be guaranteed for the start of the Michaelmas Term. Please note that full completion of all measurements, or sizes required is necessary to ensure accuracy of your order - an allowance will be made on all orders to cover growth over the summer. We will of course exchange or refund any items on collection that are not suitable. 

We recommend that parents use the School Shop order form if they require uniform for the start of term. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee stock availability for parents choosing not to place an order. All items ordered will be collated during the summer period. No appointments will be necessary for the collection of these items, which can be picked up from Monday 23rd August to Tuesday 31st August (Excluding Monday 30th August) between 9.00am - 12.00pm and 1.30pm - 4.00pm across these dates. Stock permitting, we will call if orders are ready before the end of summer term and they can then be collected earlier if required.

We are sorry that we are unable to offer appointments to existing pupils but due to the amount of children we have in the school we are unable to fit everyone in. Please feel free to contact the shop if you need further advice on 01277 243206.

New pupils only

Any new pupils will be required to make an appointment to come in to fit their uniform from 2nd August - 20th August. The times for appointments are 9.00am - 12.00pm and then 1.30pm - 5.00pm.  The School Shop will be closed for lunch from 12.30pm -1.30pm. Appointments can be booked from the start of Trinity Term. Please note due to the limited time we have for appointments late comers may need to re-schedule a new appointment.

The above applies ONLY to those joining years: 
Year 7 in the Senior School

New pupils joining any other year will also need to make an appointment; please note that parents will not need to complete an order form for new pupils as we will measure and fit your child. Uniform will be collected at the time of appointment.

Lower 6th pupils only

L6th Pupils should reserve their blazers before the end of term, for collection during the last week of the holiday. Blazers may be taken before the end of term if preferred and can be returned if not needed. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee availability of blazers if a reservation is not made.
