Brentwood Preparatory pupils took part in a ‘Wacky Tie Day' to raise funds for Charity.

The pupils donated £235 raised on the day to "Childcare", which is the Mayor of Brentwood's chosen charity this year. Childcare hope to raise £50,000 to set up a helpline for local children in Essex.

All Brentwood Preparatory students and staff came to school in the wackiest ties that they could find and there were ties that were; over sized, under sized, spotted, drawn on, spinning, stripped and even one with flashing with lights!

The students had a fun day and all for a worthy cause.
