Acting as part of the Duty Manager team, you will schedule and line manage colleagues’ activities, champion high lifeguarding standards, take leadership as an emergency responder, monitor operational standards throughout the facility, and identify and track remedial works in liaison with the School’s Estates team.

Your sound understanding of risk assessments, lifeguarding standards and staff training techniques will drive the Centre’s operations forwards, underpinned by a knowledgeable approach and strong interpersonal skills that engage and enthuse the team.

Above all, you will lead others by displaying the highest standards of behaviour and professionalism towards pupils, customers and colleagues alike.

What can we offer you:

·         A highly competitive salary

·         Free Sports Centre membership

·         Free school lunch (term time)

·         Free parking
