Brentwood Senior School is an academically selective HMC co-educational independent school with small classes and a happy, ambitious, supportive staff team. It is part of Brentwood School, a 3-18 HMC school of approximately 1900 pupils, just 20 minutes from London Liverpool Street.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Fees Officer to join our Finance Team. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the fee invoicing process, ensuring the accurate and timely distribution of invoices. Additionally, they will handle any queries related to fees, extras, and fees in lieu of notice, maintaining clear and professional communication with parents and staff.

The Fees Officer will also prepare and submit termly Direct Debit collections, ensuring smooth and efficient payment processes, and liaise with School Fee Plan to administer those paying on a monthly basis. The role may also evolve over time as systems and processes within the Finance Team are updated, allowing the Fees Officer  to contribute in new areas aligned with their qualifications and skills.
