Chef of the Year

Brentwood School’s Executive Chef Chris Pickett proved he is the crème de la crème of the culinary world clinching the prestigious Chef of the Year accolade at the 7th annual Holroyd Howe People Awards.

The Brentwood School Holroyd Howe seasoned catering crew were nominated as finalists in four categories: Team of the Year, Chef of the Year, Manager of the Year and Unsung Hero.

Together, we've elevated the dining experience, crafting culinary delights that tantalise the taste buds of staff and students alike and leave a lasting impression.

Our Catering Partner

Holroyd Howe is an award-winning, market leader in providing catering for independent schools. They pride themselves in sourcing the finest British produce from local farmers, growers, and artisan suppliers and champion the importance of providing children with food containing a high nutritional value.

Our students enjoy fun, educational activities including tasting tables, live chef demonstrations, meet-the-supplier days, nutrition talks by the Holroyd Howe qualified Nutritionists and many themed events throughout the year.

Most pupils make sensible choices at lunch, choosing healthy foods, and children in the EYFS can identify those that are good for them.
