Sixth Form Open Evening

​Sixth Form Open Evening

​Register for our Sixth Form Open Evening on Thursday 1st October 2026 from 4.15pm-6.30pm.

During the evening, you will hear from the Headmaster and have the opportunity to speak to our academic staff at the subject fair about options for our three pathways – the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, A Levels and BTEC Extended Diploma in Business, Creative Media or Sport.

Our Sixth Form students will be available to speak to you, and will also be offering short, small group tours of the Sixth Form areas and key buildings for the first part of the evening. Join them to explore our state-of-the-art facilities and see why we are one of the leading schools in Brentwood.

Taster Morning for Year 7 2027 entry

Our next Taster Morning takes place on Saturday 10th October 2026 from 9.45am to 12.45pm, for Year 6 pupils considering Year 7 2027 entry to Brentwood School who have not previously attended a Taster Day at Brentwood whilst in Year 5.

A ‘Taster Morning’ is a great opportunity for children to get a taste of what life is like at Brentwood School and to help prepare them for the transition to Senior School in a fun and unique way.

The morning will enable children to experience aspects of life at Brentwood School, enjoy some fun and exciting lessons with our talented teachers, and sample a delicious lunch in our Dining Halls.

Whilst the pupils are getting creative in the classroom, parents will be hosted in our Bean Academic Centre. There will be a short welcome by Headmaster, Mr Bond, and a carousel of academic and co-curricular stands where you can meet and chat to Heads of Departments and members of our Senior Leadership Team.

Optional tours of the School with our Sixth Form students will also be available, and our Admissions Team will be on hand to answer any questions you have and provide guidance on the next steps. Refreshments and pastries will be served.

This event has been designed specifically for Year 6 pupils whose parents may be considering an independent education at secondary level.

Open Morning at Brentwood School

Our whole school Open Morning took place on Saturday 6th June 2026 and was the perfect opportunity for prospective pupils and their parents to meet our students and teachers and explore our 75-acre grounds.

We just want to express our thanks for a very well organised, really informative and thoroughly enjoyable visit today. Our tour guides were both in Year 7. We were so impressed by them, they were incredibly personable, knowledgeable and confident young people and shining examples of the values and behaviours of the school.
