Brentwood Senior School is an academically selective HMC co-educational independent school with small class sizes and a happy, ambitious and supportive staff team. It is part of Brentwood School, a 3-18 HMC school of 1900 pupils, just 35 minutes from London Liverpool Street.
We are looking to employ a Car Park Warden to provide guidance to parents who use the car park for drop off and collection of pupils and to staff who use the car park spaces.
The role involves monitoring access and directing traffic during busy drop-off and pick-up times to maintain smooth flow and minimise disruption. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate that they can be firm and authoritative whilst maintaining a polite and tactful demeanour with parents, staff and visitors.
As a visible member of the operational team, the Car Park Warden also plays a key role in safeguarding. You will be expected to remain alert to any concerns, report them appropriately, and contribute to a positive, secure environment where children feel safe and supported.
