We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support students with additional needs in accessing the mainstream education curriculum offered at Brentwood School. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people by supporting their academic progress and overall wellbeing.
You will play a vital part in fostering a safe, supportive environment, in line with the School’s strong safeguarding ethos, and work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral staff and external agencies.
We are looking for someone compassionate and proactive with excellent communication skills, a calm and caring approach, and a commitment to our school values of Virtue, Learning, and Manners.
Brentwood School has its own pay scale that is significantly above the maintained sector, and we also have a range of subsidised staff accommodation that may be available for the successful applicant should they need to relocate.
