Our coach routes enable students to travel securely from areas not well-served by public transport.
As well as making the school run easier and safer each day, our school coach service provides many benefits, including:
- Live journey tracking and updates. You’ll be kept informed of your child’s coach journeys, you can view progress on a tracker app and will receive automated messaging if traffic is congested
- Convenience for families and stress-free mornings. Our coaches reduce the daily rush, freeing up time and creating a calmer start and end to the school day
- Safe and supervised journeys with DBS-checked drivers, so your child is in good care every step of the way
- A dedicated service available to Brentwood School students only. Your child will travel with other Brentwood pupils and will be dropped off safely within the school grounds each morning
- Eco-friendly and reduces congestion. Choosing the coach helps cut down on traffic and lowers our environmental footprint, meaning cleaner air and less congestion around the school
- Encourages independence and friendships. Taking the coach can be a great way to make new friends across year groups, build confidence and develop responsibility
Our school coach service can be used by all pupils from Year 5 and above, plus Year 4 pupils who are accompanied by an older sibling also using the service.
Using the School Coaches
All students are expected to display the highest standards of behaviour and courtesy to others whilst using this service.
A coach pass will be issued once your booking is received and must be shown when using this service.
For safety and efficiency, our coaches will only stop at standard coach stops and cannot deviate from the established route.
Parents and students are asked to carefully note the departure times and ensure that students are at the pick-up stops five minutes before the advertised departure time.

Our school coach service can be booked using Zeelo’s App, which you can download below. The Zeelo App also provides service tracking and notifications.
Places must be booked for the full academic year.
