Nutrition Team of the Year
Brentwood School’s catering crew proved they are the crème de la crème of the culinary world, clinching the prestigious Nutrition Team of the Year accolade at the annual Holroyd Howe People Awards.
This award is a testament to our shared commitment to creating delicious and balanced menus packed with goodness.
The Brentwood School Holroyd Howe catering team were nominated as finalists in four categories: Allergy Champion of the Year, Chef of the Year, Gamechanger Award and the Nutrition Team of the Year.
Together, we've elevated the dining experience, crafting culinary delights that tantalise the taste buds of staff and students alike and leave a lasting impression.
Our Catering Partner
Holroyd Howe is an award-winning, market leader in providing catering for independent schools. They pride themselves in sourcing the finest British produce from local farmers, growers, and artisan suppliers and champion the importance of providing children with food containing a high nutritional value.
Our students enjoy fun, educational activities including tasting tables, live chef demonstrations, meet-the-supplier days, nutrition talks by the Holroyd Howe qualified Nutritionists and many themed events throughout the year.
New Benugo Café
Our brand-new Benugo Café is located in the heart of our state-of-the-art boarding house.
Our Sixth Form and boarders are loving the new café as a daily hub to study, socialise and relax, and have given Benugo rave reviews!
Benugo is known for its fresh, seasonal food and award-winning coffee, sourced sustainably.
The Benugo Café is open to parents every Friday morning from 8.30am–10.30am.
It is the perfect way to kick off the weekend and relax after the morning drop-off. Whether you’re looking to catch up with fellow parents or simply enjoy a moment of peace, we invite you to experience the newest coffee shop in Brentwood right here on campus. Please use the Courage Hall car park.
Most pupils make sensible choices at lunch, choosing healthy foods, and children in the EYFS can identify those that are good for them.

Holroyd Howe and Brentwood School work closely together to ensure all possible measures are in place to ensure food services and dining environments are safe for students.
