Brentwood School Shortlisted for AMCIS 2025 IMPACT Awards
Brentwood School is proud to announce that it has been shortlisted for the prestigious AMCIS 2025 IMPACT Awards in the Branding category. The shortlist, revealed by AMCIS (The Association for Admissions, Marketing, and Communications in Independent Schools), highlights excellence in admissions, marketing, and communications across independent schools.
Now in its sixth year, the IMPACT Awards celebrate the professional achievements of AMCIS members and their significant contributions to the success of schools. The awards are open to over 580 member schools, with winners – selected by a panel of industry experts – set to be revealed during the AMCIS Annual Conference in May.
AMCIS CEO, Tory Gillingham, said: “These awards acknowledge the professional development and practice of AMCIS members, and the positive impact of well-executed admissions, marketing, and communications in helping schools to thrive. We are delighted that so many schools have continued to support these awards in such a challenging year for our sector. Our congratulations to all the shortlisted schools and to everyone who took the time to submit an entry.”
In 2024, Brentwood embarked on an ambitious brand refresh and new website launch, shifting its focus from parents to children and shining a spotlight on the achievements and success of its incredible pupils. Recognising that young people often have the final say in school selection, Brentwood launched a campaign to showcase its vibrant, student-centric personality.
Brentwood School’s Headmaster, Michael Bond, said:
“We’re delighted to be shortlisted for the AMCIS 2025 IMPACT Award in Branding. Our bold new strategy reflects who we are as a school – vibrant, innovative, and committed to nurturing every child. It’s been a joy to see prospective students and their families respond so positively to our rebrand, and this recognition underscores the power of storytelling and creativity in education. We look forward to celebrating this achievement alongside the other shortlisted schools at the awards ceremony in May.”
