Brentwood Senior School is an academically selective HMC co-educational independent school with small class sizes and a happy, ambitious and supportive staff team. It is part of Brentwood School, a 3-18 HMC school of 1900 pupils, just 35 minutes from London Liverpool Street.

Our busy and dynamic Admissions Team is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to support in the management and administration of Day admissions from initial enquiry through to student enrolment. As a first point of contact for prospective families, the role plays a vital part in building lasting relationships while navigating our 11+ and 16+ application processes. The post holder will be involved in a wide range of activities, from high-profile events such as Open Mornings and Scholarship assessment days to guiding parents through bursary and scholarship applications and entrance assessments. This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative team player who embodies the school’s values and thrives in a fast-paced environment to help shape the future of the student body.

The successful candidate will be a data-savvy administrator with a high level of discretion and a “can-do” attitude. They will have a good working knowledge of data management, specifically within CRM and MIS systems (experience with OpenApply and iSAMS is a significant advantage), and be proficient in Google Sheets. The core hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm during term time, plus five weeks during the holidays; however, flexibility is essential, as the role requires an active presence at the annual Saturday Open Morning and late Autumn entrance examinations.
