Brentwood School is one of UK’s leading independent co-educational day and boarding schools for boys and girls. Its extensive sports facilities include a 25m swimming pool with separate learner pool, 2 fitness suites, 2 aerobics studios, a 7 badminton court sports hall, 4 squash courts, a functional training gym, 2 astroturf pitches and a 6 lane athletics track.

We are seeking an experienced assistant manager who is looking to take the next step in their career. With a strong operational background in sports and leisure provision, and a keen eye for detail, you will manage the operations of the Centre on a daily basis, ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer care for all users. Working in close coordination with the Commercial Manager, you will manage all aspects of facility operations, establish areas for commercial development and improvement, promoting and marketing the business and coordinating staff towards achieving growth.
