The Head of Science (Prep) plays a pivotal role in shaping this vision, leading with confidence and creativity to deliver outstanding Science education across ages 3–11. Working collaboratively as part of the STEAM group and alongside colleagues in other key areas, they foster cross-curricular connections, champion high-quality teaching, and support colleagues’ professional growth. With a commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration, the Head of Science ensures that every pupil experiences a dynamic and inspiring introduction to Science, setting the foundation for a lifelong love of learning.
